Our online services offer hassle-free booking options for both Pre-paid and Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders. After booking, our customer care executive will call you to confirm the slot, tests, and technician details. You may choose to reschedule the appointment by calling our contact centre between 07:00 – 22:00 hours.
In the event of non-availability of service or preferred time, you may cancel the appointment via our App, Website, or through the Contact Centre. A booking can be cancelled up to 3 hours prior to sample collection. Once the sample is collected by our technician, the order cannot be cancelled.
Upon successful cancellation of a pre-paid order, the amount will be refunded to the original payment source within 7–10 working days from the date of cancellation. Refunds are not applicable for COD orders. In case of partial cancellation, please inform our service agent so the refund can be processed accordingly.
